Training & Attunements
Individual training lies at the heart of my work. It gives me the space to meet each student exactly where they are, supporting their natural rhythm of learning and self-discovery.
A few times a year, I also host small group trainings (3–5 participants) for those who enjoy learning in a shared, supportive environment.
All advanced and specialized Reiki levels continue to be taught individually to ensure deep integration and personal development.
Usui Reiki Level 1
3.050 DKK – individual / 1.700 DKK – group
Focus: Physical and self healing. You will learn how to connect to universal life force energy, you will be able to utilize Reiki for yourself, friends, animals, food, plants, spaces and whatever else your imagination tells you.
Duration: 2 days
GROUP TRAINING
Day 1:
Theory, demonstration, practice and discussion:
- Intorduction into Reiki Healing
- The history of Reiki
- The Reiki Principles
- How to tune into Reiki
- Learn to do a complete Reiki session on self
- Using Reiki in daily life
Attunement ceremony, during which your energy channel will be opened to receive and utilize universal life force energy and you will become a “channel” for Reiki.
Day 2:
Reiki Circle – meeting during which we will practice Reiki by giving and receiving as a part of the group.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual Reiki Level 1 training includes two personalized meetings (up to 3 hours each) and participation in one Reiki Circle .
The first focuses on theory and practical learning, while the second includes a 30-minute individual Reiki healing session followed by your individual attunement ceremony.

Usui Reiki Level 2
3.500 DKK – individual / 2.450 DKK – group
Focus: Learning three sacred symbols for physical, emotional and mental healing and for sending Reiki from a distance. We will explore how to use symbols to enhance the experience of Reiki and to empower us in our spiritual growth process.
Duration: 2 days
GROUP TRAINING
Day 1:
Theory, demonstration, practice and discussion:
- Review Level 1
- Learn 3 Reiki Symbols, their mantras, benefits/uses
- Intuitive Reiki
- Sending a distant Reiki session
- Energy cleansing techniques for people and places
- How to give a professional session
Attunement ceremony, which will strengthen your connection to Universal Life Energy and heighten your intuition and your sensitivity to subtle energies.
Day 2:
Advanced Reiki Circle – meeting during which we practice using Reiki symbols and send distant Reiki.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual Reiki Level 2 training includes two personalized meetings (up to 3 hours each) and participation in one Advanced Reiki Circle.
The first focuses on theory and learning the three main Reiki symbols followed by your individual attunement ceremony.
The second meeting is dedicated to practicing Reiki using symbols, focusing on a personal intention of your choice.

Usui Reiki Level 2 Specialized
3.800 DKK – individual
Reiki Level 2 Specialized is intended for practitioners who wish to continue their journey with Reiki and make it an integral part of their lives and path forward. You will deepen your understanding of energy work and expand your knowledge with additional symbols.
This level offers deep grounding, fresh insights, and practical tools to expand and elevate your existing healing practice.
Duration: Three meetings, each 1–2 weeks apart:
First Meeting (3 hours):
A comprehensive session covering theory, a recap of previous knowledge, introduction to new symbols, in-depth discussion, and the attunement ceremony.
Second and Third Meetings (2 hours each):
A focus on practical application, answering your questions, and sending Reiki to specific area of your life for healing and growth.
Price includes: training, printed material, certificate, 1:1 practice sessions, attunement (3000 DKK).

Usui Reiki Master
from 6.650 DKK – individual
According to teachings I follow, there are 3 Reiki Master levels:
1. Master Practitioner – For those who see Reiki as their life path and wish to share this gift by treating others.
2. Master Teacher – For those who want to teach and attune others up to the Master Practitioner level.
3. Grand Master – The highest level, where only a Reiki Grand Master can perform attunements to the Master Teacher and Grand Master levels.
We will meet several times to delve into theory, answer your questions, and practice Reiki together. The attunement ceremony will be conducted during the first meeting. Additionally, the Master Teacher training includes my guidance during your initial attunements. As part of your Reiki Master journey, you will receive ongoing mentorship and support.
